Well I was wondering if I could get some constructive critisim. It's rather rough, but I really want to know what other people think!

P.S. it is encoded using MP2, and as such you will need a dvd player type program.

Just for future reference, this type of thing goes in the "AMV Announcements" section of the forum. Or, if you want opnions, there's also the "Opinion Exchange" section.

First watch this video. It's an old classic that uses the same episode as your video. In particular pay attention to the lyric synch and the way the video progresses as a whole. Also watch how the video changes during the softer sections.

As for your video it avoids a lot of the mistakes new creators make but it has some issues as well. First, the quality is very good for a first video (it better be at 120 megs, 10 Mb per minute is usually sufficient - read this for info on how to make your video look good.) Secondly the timing is ok in most places (but there are still a lot of missed beats) The cuts are generally on the beat but seem to be spaced haphazardly.

Here's the main problem of the video. It doesn't have enough cuts to be an action video so you need to synch with something else too. The lyric synch is not very good. many of the clips are just random fighting in no particular order, which is fine in an action video but you need to work on your timing more for that. You have a really long still at 0:32 that doesn't seem appropriate and at 0:47 and 2:05 you completly miss huge changes in the music.

You need to plan out your videos more. Try to tell a story or have a point, anything but random footage. Keep at it and you'll be making good videos in no time.
