unknown anime [Galerians: Rion]

I woke up at 4am and turned on the tv, i was flipping thru the channels and then I found this really cool anime movie on MTV2. I have no clue what the anime was but the animation was like videogame animation. It was about this guy named Rion and he had this supernatural power in which he can burn things, that was really cool, and their were these others who have these powers to. Anyways he had to find this girl, i dont know her name, cause she had this virus in her that can stop this super computer that had enslaved humanity. Their was this scientist guy who is Rions father who helped create this super computer and had been teaching it about history. He then teaches it about God and then she wants to be worshiped like a God. So then she makes these people, but they are born with supernatural powers, who worship her and follow her orders. the super computer then kills its creators and enslaves humanity and Rion must stop it. anyway it is a really cool anime and i wish somebody can help me find out the name of it.

i have seen heatguy and its not that cool, but the animation is diffrent, the animation is like final fantasy the spirits withen but more less graphics, and more like game graphics. also it wasnt a series it was a movie which lasted about an hour and a few minutes
