Okay, I realize that the title is wrong, but I'm to lazy at the moment.
I can't get DivX files on Macs with the MP3. I'v been searching the forums and the internet, but it just comes up with problems with no solutions.
Plug-in to get MP3?
And whats 3ivx over DivX or XviD?

The QuickTime Architecture does not natively support DivX's implementation of MPEG-4. What this means is that QuickTime and DivX encoded .avi's don't get along (especially DivX .avi's with .mp3 audio). Their are 3rd party QuickTime components and stuff provided for the Mac by DivX.com but these usually yield poor results and are halfass solutions that don't work well.
So your answer is:
VLC Media Player which will pretty much play every audio & video format around including DivX, XviD, OGM, etc.
or
MPlayer not as good as VideoLAN (listed above) but still pretty good for playing stuff.
As for 3ivx: 3ivx is just another MPEG-4 codec like the rest (Apple MPEG-4, DivX, H.264, VC-9, XviD) which happens to fit nicely into QuickTime it offers nothing over the others except it's abilty to work within QuickTime (DivX & XviD are far better in my opinion).
Hope this helps

Yes, It helps. I had downloaded a copy of MPlayer, but I'm working blindly with out Macs to test or run things on. Thanks.
One last question.
What about that Gamma? Is there a quick settings thing that you can change from Windows Gamma to Mac Gamma?
I'm not recomprssing these files (most aren't mine).
