There is it "Empyrean Damage". This problem has been getting worse over the years.
First of all, when i encoded this video, i was new at this and i didn't kno what was what. I was satisfied, the quality was good, resolution pretty nice too.
But now, since early 2003, new codecs do not interpret the video correctly, not even in normal playback. I've tried converting it every way I can think of. I have a whole slew of codecs, not just mpeg4 variations.
I've even tried unconventional methods, such as letting nero try to automatically convert it to S/VCD.. but no luck, when the problem initially started back in 2003 nero would encode the video upside down 0.o.......
but now it doesn't interpret it right at all either.
SO, free opinions to anyone who can succesffuly convert this video to mpeg1. I do not know what codec it was encoded in BTW.
