Iced Earth

Post by Iced Earth Fan » Fri Aug 06, 2004 10:00 pm

Hello fellow Iced Earth fans. Talk anything Iced Earth here! Favourit songs, albums, concerts you've been to, what singers you like the best, anything. Personnaly, my favourit album of theirs is still "Horror Show". As for best singer, I think Mat Barlow still beats "The Ripper". But, Tim is still a great singer, you cannot deny that. The only concert I've been to so far was infact Iced Earth. I saw them at rock joint called "Graceland" in Seattle on May 15 of this year. In my opion, "The Ripper" sang the old songs perfectly. Here is a list of the songs I like best (Not in order).

1. Dante's Inferno
2. Angel's Holocaust
3. Watching Over Me
4. Melancholy
5. Gettysburg Triology
6. Something Wicked Trilogy
7. Diary.
8. When The Eagle Cries
9. Frankenstien
10. Dracula
11. Damien
12. The Phantom Opera Ghost
13. Slave To The Dark
14. A Question Of Heaven
15. I Died For You.
16. Written On The Walls
17. Travel In Stygian
18. Cast In Stone.
19. The Hunter
20. Consequences

Well, that's about it from me.

well to me its like this...

ripper was a halford imitation while in priest, and he remains one.
if i wanted to listen to priest id listen to them, not listen to iced earth, with a halford wannabe.

I dont mean to be an ass but hell thats just the way I am, I have to say it.

I can say Iced Earth is a Iron Maiden wanabie (those galloping riffs, not to mention their mascots, The Reckoning Single/The Trooper, all the Iron Maiden covers Iced Earth has done, etc.) but then I listen to either or whenever I feel like it and I dont care.
