Help! [How do I make an AMV?]

Im not sure if this is the right place to put it or if this topic is already done so sorry if anything about this post is wrong. Ok well im a new member but i want to know how do i make a AMV?

All I use is VirtualDubb, just rip your VCDS and DVDS onto your PC and start hacking away with VirtualDubb and its plugins.

Use DivX or XViD for encoding video and MP3 for audio.

off course you only use divx or xvid source when your gona pait ans switch with vob files, or re-encode the files in huffyuv once you've finished the amv

errr, i mean encode the clips you used in the amv from the vob to huffyuv. gah, just bait and switch. adn read the damn guides

I just started making AMVs and I had A LOT of fun working with Sony's Vegas program, it's well worth the money. It's easy to use, has lots of effects, and you can pretty easily figure out the whole program in 30 minutes or less
