Yeah Ranma is really a guy but he/she doesn't really exist so all that matters is how good Ranma looks as a girl.

I agree with ozzy. Even though he may be a fictional dude most of the time. When he becaomes a fictional chick, Ranma is smoken'. It answers all the questions about why Kuno is in love with Ranma-chan.
