what have you done to get back your anime?
what have you done to get back your anime? i had to walk 5 freakin miles along a dirt road (that way stupid i should got a ride first), got over 100 bug bites, had to fight a 6 foot 250+ pound man (really only a 16 your old boy, but still a freakin oger if you ask me) walked back, only yards from my sisters drive way when my mom saw me and gave me a ride in her car. a 2 to 3 hour quest just to get back my non-translated sakura diaries dvd that i over payed on amazon.com for... the good news... it was a nice day out, i got a tan, and i got a deeper hatred for ogers who think thay can take my anime away!

heh heh. Sounds like a journal entry I made not too long ago. I haven't gone through any hard ships trying to get back an anime (all the people I've lent stuff out to were pretty reliable with returning stuff to me), but I have gone through extremes to get anime (not one of my shining moments of intelligence)
Here are the details if any of you are curious (probably not).Car troubles entry
Once again definately not one of my shining moments of inteligence(if I've had any).

Essentially, nothing but sacrifice my precious money that my loving Father gives to me weekly in the form of a $20 bill. I do do a lot of work, but to be honest it has no affect on my quest for anime, I'd be getting it no matter what.

One time, I had to ask for my DVDs back. It took me like 5 hours to work up the corage. I got it back the same day I asked and was happy. There was a fingerprint on it! So I rained down Pyro on the enemy inflicting 57 Damage. Instadeath.
Other than that I just walk into who's ever house its at and take it.
I'm pretty boring if you ask me, but don't ask me becasue I just told you.

Oh, we're talking about people that take or borrow our stuff?
In that case.... I still need my freaking Noir DVD 1 back! Damn it, joe! He's just like a radio DJ, always telling lies to keep you from enacting the final sollution. GAAH! When my brother was here I tried to convince him to take me over there so that I could break down his door and get the DVD back, but alas, my brother refused. If I could drive (wich I should be able to but I failed the written test) I'd drive over there and get my darn DVD back!
But that won't happen, so it's still 'nothing' for my answer.

I've never had to "get my anime back" because its never gone anywhere that I havnt been. I dont lend my anime out to anyone who doesnt live in the same house as me.

My anime really doesn't go to anyone aside from by best friend on occasion, most of the time we watch it together anyway. And I never have much problem getting it back from him. Don't trust anyone else to borrow it at this point.
