avatars [where can I find good anime ones?]

hey, i was wonderin if anyone knew where to get good avatars. ive been lookin but i can't find anythin. if someone could just point me in the right direction, i would be grateful.

If you need web hosting for your avatar, there's the ever popular www.photobucket.com.

All that I can think of is animeim.com and dragid.com

Except there are two problems.
animeim.com sticks it's logo on the avatars (you may not care, but I find it annoying)
Dragid.com is ideal for instant messaging. Their avatars will more than likely excede the avatar size allowed this forum.

You could always make your own in a photo editing program. (Even paint would work,)

I tend to prefer those, I suppose that's because they are a little more 'personal'. Heck, you could be totally original if you could draw your own picture and use it.

If you really wanted to, I could help you make one if you find a picture you want to use ^__^

JASC Paint Shop Pro is nearly as powerful as Adobe Photoshop, and it's freeware!

Why am I mentioning this? Easy. Go ahead and get yourself an avatar that's 125x125, resizing is a snap

The trial is free, but so is the trial for Photoshop.
