It's about a girl named Yuina who can sort of merge with an angel (I can't remember the exact term) named Seraph. A childhood friend of Yuina's, whose name I can't remember, can merge with another...thing called Lucifer. It was a seriously weird series and I don't think it was really long enough to establish a real plot.

Isn't there an angel/dust neo as well?

Angel/Dust neo was on the cover of one of the older newtypes.. i never got that one..
