Is this series worth buying when it gets released?

Well I've only seen the game for the ps2 so I think it may be worth waching but I probly would'nt buy it.

For some reason, the artwork I've seen reminds me of Hellsing. I don't know as much about the series as I'd like to...I don't think I'll be buying it just yet, not until I hear positive reviews from people who have seen it.

I've seen the whole show fansubbed. Its a very good show. I highly recommend to anyone who was a fan of the game, Trigun, or just Yasunori Nightow's work in general. The animation is top notch for a T.V. series, with great action, and an awesome plot to back it up. All of the characters are all down to earth, and easy to relate to. Some downfalls though, the series does start out slow. For those who haven't played the game, you'll start out knowing nothing, but everything eventually does get revealed. Those who have played the game though, this show definatly cators to you. Everything from the game shows up in here, and much more. Another flaw (if you want to call it that) is that the action scenes in the show is spaced out pretty far from one another. But this makes the fights all the more worth while. Oh, and just as alittle thing for fans of the game, the anime has a totally different ending...
