Connichi2004 AMV Contest

alright, I suppose count me in. Is there a limit to how many AMVs one can submit?

nevermind, found the rules, and since the deadline apears to be july 16th, I probably can;t make anything fresh for this contest, since I was planning to submit my AWA entry :/ .. Which means it will have (well possibly) shown at a previous convention before connichi.

AWA takes place 2 weeks after Connichi, so that wouldn't break any rule, I'm submitting my video to both contests as well

MAGI2 : I just raise my voice here to say that I know at least 3 french creators (and I could bring more of them) who'd wish to participate if the rule #1 was not so rude...
If possible you could try to change it a little bit (video premiered in 2004, or shown to 2 other contests at most, or something like that) and then I promiss you'll get some videos from France

I'm sad to say that MAGI wrote on amv.de that rule #1 definetely won't be changed. Maybe next year, but not that short before the competition

The deadline will be extended though, maybe 2 weeks, don't know exactly, but there will be some extra restrictions for those who miss the actual deadline (15th July).

We cannot change our rules, right before the con.
That will be not fair, for the other participants
We will change them next year for sure.

The second entry date (§2.2) 18.8.2004 was the only thing i could do
before the con.Please read the NEW paragraph about this.
