What would you do?

I'm stuck... >.<!!

I live in a small city called Peterborough and we have no anime >.<! On top of that I don't have a job and can't get a credit card. Also I don't have a driver's license (will have soon but no car >.<). So my question is where can I check out manga and anime without the fees.

And to those who think I am asking about where to dl I'm not asking that.

So far I have found EATV which is a really cool internet TV station but they have incessant reruns and have already watched their 7 episodes of Kanon, 10 episodes of StarOcean EX, and PlanetES like 6 times.

Um... which goes to say that if I want to get stuff, cons is mostly where I go. Do a couple every year, and it doesn't seem like there's not enough stuff anymore.

if i were you i would just give up on life (becouse i got more anime then any one else here and the thought of going without it is very depressing)
or go on a epic quest to new lands (like the next town over) to find anime, i had to walk 10 miles to the anime story befor i got a cerdit card...

Does your town at least have a Best Buy? Or is it one of those reeeeally little, lucky to have only a Wal-Mart small towns?
