Encouraging people to flood the AWA contest with a specific type of video made to your specs is only going to ruin the quality of that contest, and confuse the hell out of the audience wondering why there are so many panty-shot themed videos.
That's not to say that all of them will be shown at the con, but to compete in one contest just for the sake of actually qualifying into your contest doesn't sit right with me. You can only hope the AWA judges won't get really annoyed watching the same type of videos that aren't even intended for their contest.
It's one thing to say, "oh, I only mean to use the videos specifically from their contest that just happen to fit the requirements of my contest," but by giving such advance notice people will in fact only be making such videos for yours.
If you had announced these rules after their contest, seeking such already created videos, then it would have seen more like people were making the videos cause they wanted to, not because they wanted to compete against a very specific pool of videos.
Not to be all negative, I do have an idea for this since you mentioned the type of video you wanted, but it's very much for you and I'd rather not subject the people of AWA to it unless they know full well why it was made or even make it their own category in their contest.
Just something to consider, not trying to summon up the hate.
