I say this as a newbie... but... I'm actually suprised there are not even MORE restrictions. As long as they are light, it could be pulled off. But too many restrictions will make no more newbies, and we all know what happens to any species once they become sterile...

2 weeks for local dl's(Oh yeah, the direct and indirects dont work. Also, they want to have 400k accounts that do nothing, ya know)
