CB boxset...is this price real?

Ebay has a lot of these near this price range. Earlier today, I went to a store and it was $129.99. I take it that this is not legal?

Looking at the seller's other items, I see FX versions of Trigun, the Cowboy Bebop perfect sessions, and Rurouni Kenshin. (Which, though they have all the features of the R1s, including perfect English dub and sub, are still bootlegs.) There's also bootlegs of Naruto, Initial D, and Berserk.

So I'd have my doubts about any items this seller was selling.
