When you submit your video via FTP you are required to fill out the same information that is on the submission form in order to complete the upload and have your entry accepted into the server. But it is also required (for legal reasons) that you fill out and sign a printed copy of the submission form and mail it to the proper address by May 17th otherwise your entry can not be used.Maverick7013 wrote:I'm also inferring that you can send a .txt form via the ftp as well, correct?
