I agree. The only reason I didn't say this is because it sounds like you are already editing so it probally isn't a good idea to switch in the middle of your project. However if you decide you would like to have the best quality possible in your video and don't mind starting over (or for your next vid) I suggest reading the guide to all things video and audio in the guide section of this site.
