Don't worry, I checked the FAQs before I came here...I couldn't find the answer to my question. I'm fairly certain that this question hasn't been asked yet, so it's probably not in a FAQ, anyway.
The banners that appear at the top of the pages at animemusicvideos.org...how do they work? Here's what I want to know:
They look so cool; who made them?
It seems that when I click on one, I go to a profile page. Is it random whose page I get? Or is there a profile assigned to a page? Can I get one of those banners to link to my profile? If I make one, can I have it link to my profile?
How many of those banners are there? I've lost track of how much time I've spent hitting refresh to try to see how many of them there are.
I want to see every banner. Is there a big list of them somewhere?
Can we put the banners on our sites so that we can link to this great site? Or is that not the banner to use for this purpose?
Do they appear randomly, or in a certain sequence?
Lastly...what purpose do they serve...?

There are currently 364 banners.
The purpose of them is indeed to put them on your own site if you want to.
I believe they appear randomly.
As for their purpose, I'm not really sure, as I seriously doubt that they are heavily used anywhere... I don't believe I've ever seen one of the banners outside of this site. Just adds an additional layer of something for people to do here, I suppose.
