It wasn't embarrassing at all, as he is a cartoon character with no emotions.
Don't get me wrong though, I like the series, but I also like stating the obvious.

Ah, FLCL. One those animes that you watch and your first reaction is 'WTF!?' followed by 'Hey, this is cool!'

But can you believe that the same dub VA who does Haurto (sp?) does Robin from WHR?

I can honestly hear NO resemblance...

Yea, Kari Wahlgren also does other roles like Lavie (Last Exile), Sakura (Cardcaptor Sakura the Movie 2), Cher (Wolf's Rain), and I believe Cinnamon (Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar).
