Initial D 4th Stage

Has anyone seen this new season yet? To my demise, I watched it BEFORE I saw 2nd and 3rd Stages so a lot of stuff didn't make sense to me (but I was able to pick up some of the plot). Of course, I downloaded 4th Stage because of the music.

Nope, it's within my power to download it, but I won't.

Why? Because I haven't seen the first part(s).

I'm wierd that way.

I will not not watch things out of order.

I must have a "not want to miss anything" complex

or something...

I've seen it, and yes I've seen all the stages previous. It seems to just pick up where it left off after Stage 2.

IIRC

Stages 1,2,&3 are all one storyline (3 being the movie)

4 however, i believe, is a different story line taking the place around 2 girls. There are rumors on a stage continuing project D, infact i think there was a thread about it somewhat recently.

If I'm mistaken then someone please point it out

Those two girls are in the Extra Stage. 4th Stage does talk about Project D.

I hope you all reliaze when you download anime of the internet your steeling money from the hard working people like :-
the Actors, the Animators, Producers, the tech crew, the writers, the good people at your local anime store and yes even the poor guy who drives the big truck that delievers the anime in large quantity to the store and malls, just to earn a lil bit of cash to pay for little tiny timmy's operations .. all timmy wanst to do is walk

and when he asks hes daddy ...."daddy why cant i walk" he replys son its because of evil people in the world who download anime of the internet!!!.... feel ah shamed!!! poor little timmy just wants to walk! Dam you DAM you ALL!!

... what the hell does that have to do with Initial D?

sure the series isn't released in America through those 1st 3 stages yet, but i didn't see the series through dling it, i will admit i obtained a hong kong release, but i paid for it, and i'm still gonna replace it with the US boxset because A)the subtitles weren't completely well done on the HK release, and B)the principle of the thing, if i wanna own something, i pay for it... officially when it's available

BTW, the stage with the two girls is called Extra Stage, but i think it's possible that there could be 2 OTHER girls that will be in Stage 4.. or maybe they'll continue with the same girls... but they should just keep going with Takumi and his experiences in racing

Wow I guess these Japanese DVDs I got for InitialD don't mean jack then huh...

Btw, if one could buy the 4th stage of InitialD I bet they would, but right now It's not even out on completely on DVD and the only way we can get it is in it's current form.

If I remember correctly, the 3rd Stage, movie, doesn't really do any plot advancement it's just a little character development of Takumi and his relation with Mogi/Natsuki. It's just a little bit of semantics whether he said he wanted to "race and be as fast as he can be" in the end of the 2nd or end of the 3rd stage.

As to my knowledge there aren't two other girls, the only other racer girl I know of in the series is this Keisuke Fangirl that drives a Black FD. If you can I highly recommend reading the manga. You'll find that the anime series is behind by alot. From this part on, in the anime, it's going to be about Takumi in Project D and their main rivals Todou Racing School.[/quote][/code]
