Okay, guys.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Start from the beginning.
Step 1: You obvious need to encode your video. My guess is that your AMV is right now sitting in "Multiple Gigabyte Motherfucker" form. The easiest way to fix this is to download VirtualDub (run a Google search for it, since I don't know the URL off hand). Open up VDub, open up your AMV, go to Video -> Compression, and select one of the codecs. I personally use DiVX, but that's just because I'm a noob who doesn't know his testicles from a huffyuv. After you select the codec, just use "Save As AVI..." to a new file.
Step 2: Get an FTP client. Easiest one to use is called WS_FTP (again, use Google to find it). Download it, install it, use it in the next step.
Step 3: Go to the "Upload Video" link on the side bar of this website. Select the video you want to upload, and it will give you information for uploading to the FTP. Now, fire up WS_FTP, type in the IP, Login, and Password. After you login in, there should be two windows. The one on the left is browsing your hard drive, the one on the right is browsing the FTP. Take the window on the left and go to the path where the AMV is (for example, "C:\AMVs\finished", and the filelist will appear. Highlight your video, and then click on the little arrow pointing to the right between the left and right windows. This starts the upload.
Step 4: After you're done uploading, go back to the "Upload Videos" page to confirm your upload. If you're absolutely sure that you uploaded the right thing, you can confirm right away, but you might want to double-check by downloading the link they give you to make sure you uploaded the right thing.
Voila!
