Well if his video was like 10 seconds long, it's entirely possible that he actually *DID* encode lossless...

The first thread I linked to above features Phade stating that the multiple account rule was unable to be enforced this year because the account consolidation process wasn't ready yet, and that it will be enforced next year.

Really? Gosh darnit... That would be dreadful if, you know, it wasn't for the fact that Phade was in on it too.

The multiple accounts rule is there to punish trolling and donation dodging and if it's ever implemented then it will be looked at on a case-by-case basis.

As for pyle, he can try making a new account but it's still going to be the same old Pyle in a new account who will act the same way and receive the same criticisms. A new account does not mean a new personality.
