Then it would be a grey area and the decision would be given more thought.

Current grey areas are things like Transformers, Mysterious Cities of Gold and a whole bunch of games like Resident Evil etc.

People are welcome to debate individual cases but there are a lot which don't come close to being grey areas. Star Wars Clone Wars is one of these.
