I think totally spies IS GAY
It's just about 3 h/s girls who werew chosen by an old goat called Jerry
There is nooooo way h/s girls can fight like that! I mean if they take martial arts classes (like me) 8) they might but in this series they never showed that they had actually done that!
PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!

oh yeah, i can agree that it has all of that, but i just don't like hearing people say that good shows should have been japanese or anime. x-men and also shows like batman are really good and legitimately american in origin, it sounds wrong to kinda assume that US will always produce dribble and is not capable of sociological or psychological animated shows/movies.Arigatomyna wrote:xmen - good plot, characters, action, drama, romance, animation - like anime
i know you don't mean to disrespect or put-down US animated shows, but that's just the way it sounded to me personally
ps. watching Eight Crazy Nights right now, lol, god i love this movie
an example of a deep psychological show animated movie.. despite it's wackiness and cheesiness at times

May I just say...HO-LY...SPIT! I had no idea when I started this post that people would turn it into all these strange debates about if something is racist. Or what the word anime means (Who cares? Honestly. We call it anime. We've always called it anime. Can't we just drop the subject? Yeesh!)
I just wanted to have a nice discussion about show that people think are anime, but actually aren't (Or vise versa. I thought Voltron was an American cartoon till about 4 years ago. *Hangs head in shame*).
Can't we get back on topic? This could really be a fun thread if you let it.
