Why does makeing AMVs have to be so hard?

ive only gotten to writing this:

on my notepad, have no clue what I'm doing, a downloaded BV.EXE (what ever that is)

So In other words why can someone make it like a programe kinda like jaca animation shop 3?

ok, your 12 years old and want to do something which takes alot of hark work, practice, and a good amount ofRead <a href=http://www.a-m-v.org/guides/avtech31/>ErMaC & AbsoluteDestiny's Friendly AMV Guides</a> . oh and, if your just starting out, all you should be doing is making basic vids using windows movie maker. you shouldnt be messing with stuff like avisynth at your level. just start out basic, and you'll progres nicely

Very true I'm 12 too i've made 4 Vids each better then the other with Windows Movie Maker 2 Practice makes perfect

Trust me, you don't want to use Ani shop for video editing. It's really, really painful. Unles this new version has been improved somewhat. BV.EXE ? Now I'm confused.

Looking at your AVS, depending on what one you have. he plugin should be auto-loaded, so no need for LoadPlugin("C:\AVSFilters\MPEG2DEC.DLL")
Umm... your Hack.mpg file is also confusing me a little. If you are really editing with 320x240 source (perhaps you're using the quick and dirty editing method) maybe not such a bad idea.

If you're going through with IVTC or not is your choice. In Premiere (judging by that last bit of information you gave in your post, this is your program of choice, right?) you should use a framerate of 29.97.
Other details are a little sketchy from myself unfortunately.

I'm with Bum on this one. (see, it can happen) If you are just starting out then you need to work on your basics. Go to the library and get a book on storyboarding. This will teach you how to lay out your story, and what elements you actually want to have in your video.

Also, avisynth won't work on just any program. What are you trying to use it with?

Well I've made basic animations and I've made gay short movies with me own drawings, I just don't know how to add music, and my friend refuses to tell me.

Learn it like i did on your own Start using Windows Movie Maker 2 and start to make stuff use videos you have on ur computer well your probly don't have a Video capture Card to get footage from DVD's get as much Video Clips as you can and look for a sticky that I thing Phade has on a guide to use Windows Movie Maker2.
