The Online AMV Iron Chef Tournament - Substitution Needed!

Post by Brad » Tue Feb 17, 2004 12:16 am

Well, unfortunately due to unavoidable work/life conflicts, Wonka has had to bow out of the competition. SO! In order to get this tournament back on track, we need to find a subtitute for Wonka to battle against Devolution so we can finally move on to Round 2.

So if you've READ ALL OF THE RULES AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THEM, than be the first to reply in this thread and you will be in Round 1.

KEEP IN MIND, that the match needs to take place by Feb. 29th! So if you don't think you'll have enough free time from now until then, DO NOT ENTER!!!

And just to rid DoKool of trying to exploit technicalities, people who already lost in Round 1 are not applicable for being a sub (DUH!)

First..Wonka dropped for whatever reason he dropped for..be it that..or something else..no big deal.

Second..Machine..no one asked you..no one cares...if you or anyone else don't like the rules..then go do your own IC and make your own rules so you'll be happy then. See how easy that is?

LadyDX, you're in.

And Carlos, how exactly could my rules GET retarded. They never changed from when I first wrote them. If Wonka didn't like them, he didn't have to sign up. And why the hell are you speaking on his behalf in the first place? And that "quoted for emphasis" bullshit in the other thread? If you can come up with some kind of coherent and logical response than please, by all means, talk to me about it, but try detatching yourself from HypeO's cock before bashing my contest that you're not even a part of! Hahahahah I mean what the hell it's so rediculous

No. I'm pretty much up to my ass in work (many many aspects of it at that), and simply can't edit anything, let alone an IC competition that has certain dates I have to meet.

My poor neglected main project....

Anyway, I would never back out of a match by making somthing up (nor would I really back out of a match for any reason other than I just can't make any sort of deadline). If the competition was a month from now, I'd be on it like a hobo on a ham sandwitch.

My sincerest apologies for stringing Devo along like I did. I was honestly trying to schedual around it, but too much stuff happend all at the same time :(
