Hi, i'm working on a project right now in premiere, usually after doing a good 20 seconds or so, i like to make an export movie file to check if all is ok, but with my new video (I'm using Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, i love this song) the audio in some parts moves from on side to the other, this is completely normal I know, called panning if I'm right, but in the export version, the channel on sound on the right sound disappears completely and the music still plays, only vocals on right side removed.
If anyone knows a way to fix this problem (most likely in Project Settings) please let me know! Help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I'm not very familiar with panned audio, so I can only suggest one basic checkup.. First, go to your audio timeline and expand it by clicking the grey arrow next to Audio "#". Click the blue pan rubberband icon, which should be next to the red volume rubberband icon. Then check your timeline to make sure that the blue rubberband goes straight through the middle, and not at an angle upwards (or downwards even).

Well, since I'm also having a problem with sound in the same version of Premiere I may as well recycle the thread instead of creating a new one with the same subject...
My problem is that I've got a reasonably good quality MP3 that doesn't have any problems with skipping or anything when I play it in MediaPlayer or from the Imported Items list in Premiere. However, the instant I put it on the timeline it corrupts the intro so that it sounds as though the CD skipped once about 5 seconds into the song...I checked afterward and it's still working fine in any other environment. Any advice?

I'd convert the mp3 to wav format first, before importing it into Premiere. The Guides explain this very well, and the process itself is quick and easy.Kaji01 wrote:My problem is that I've got a reasonably good quality MP3 that doesn't have any problems with skipping or anything when I play it in MediaPlayer or from the Imported Items list in Premiere.
