the download info thing for local videos

yeah, is there a way to enter the download information (format, bitrate, codec, duration, etc.) on a local download? Because under the two local vids i have, only the link and the filesize appear, (which i guess are most important) but my videos are in wmv and say someone who doesn't have windows dls my video. that person would be kinda disappointed when the video wouldn't load.

i dont believe wmv's video information are picked up by the server. If you wanted to have the info, you would need direct links, or change the video from wmv to mpg or avi for it to pick it up.

You could Write in all caps at the bottom of the video info: THIS VIDEO IS IN WMV FORMAT

Alternatively, any idiot will be able to see that its wmv when the save as box pops up, and they can choose whether or not to download it then.
