Hey, so what if Magnus Lee looked like Leslie Nielson?! He still kicks ass! Although the first Vampire Hunter D seems more to me like it could be Castlevania the movie . . . anyways, I wish that they would translate the books that the movies are based on to english, as that would be totally kickin'.

The first Vampire Hunter suxord so much it wasnt funny... plus for those who have seen it.. vamps dont have saliva
0/10
VHD 2: is incredible its like they pulled their thumbs outta their rectums and actually tried with a decent vampire story... 8/10
its not very often a good vamp movie is made real or anime take Underworld... those who read white wolf will not like the entire movie... i know i and a grp of friends of mine didnt.

Its stupid for people to say the animation in the first one sucked when it was made so long ago. That's like saying the first stars starships sucked compared to [insert any space film from the last five years]. It fit for its time.
I liked the first one, there are funny parts and cool parts. I enjoyed it.
This comment suxord so much it doesn't make sense. What the hell does vampires having saliva or not matter?SS3_Eldrin wrote:The first Vampire Hunter suxord so much it wasnt funny... plus for those who have seen it.. vamps dont have saliva 0/10
I didn't read white wolf, and I didn't find the movie all that interesting. I watched it and have no urge to see it again. As a movie it didn't do a good job. The vampires were way to weak and makes me question how they could have ever controlled the werewolves. That movie had so many ridiculous parts. Waste of film to me. Was barely entertaining and story was lacking.SS3_Eldrin wrote:its not very often a good vamp movie is made real or anime take Underworld... those who read white wolf will not like the entire movie... i know i and a grp of friends of mine didnt.

I agree completely. The animation is because of the time, and I still enjoyed the movie thouroghly (And for some reason, I didn't get around to seeing it until after I saw Bloodlust.)Kracus wrote: Its stupid for people to say the animation in the first one sucked when it was made so long ago. yeah, man that movie sucked. All that the vampires were was strong. They couldn't do anything else. I was very disappointed in the film, and felt like I had thrown away my cash, but it was all made well because a hour later I was at NDK 7.Karcus wrote: SS3_Eldrin wrote:

suxord?!?! what was i smoking... anyway
ok as an example for my point about the saliva..
why would you state pizza was made in italy?, cause it is fair enough, but the pizza we eat today is more americanized than home grown italy style, not many people know or even care about this, but its still a fact.
So vamps not in a white wolf production, will have saliva and other nifty stuff that is so totally wrong to a vamps character.
Underworld... well lets say vamps and guns dont mix, 16th century vampire's could beat cream off a rice pudding (thanks to the camarilla and the sabbat). 15th century vamps were all kick butt, take names, and kick butt again, no guns, there will still those who laid around all day and did nothing... then at night they got their butts handed them by the elite of all vampires. The Assamites.
ok so cause im one in a game i play and beging the strongest
, im gonna show a lil favortism lol, anyway.
to end this rambling, 16th century vamps with guns SUCK, cause there is no melee (ma'lae) what was the reason why matrix was so popular? cause of the matrix melee scenes!!! smitty and neo kick butt and it was awesome!, noone of that caused underworld to be a flop. 15th century vamps were the neo and smitty of the old times...
oh yeah one last thing, the eldest at the end I forgotten his name, they resurrected him, you notice he was the only one who had this huge power?, very fast, very powerfull/tough..
If they did a 15th century vamp movie EVERY vamp would have that or be learning it, their called diciplines Celerity: speed, Potence: superior strength, Protean: ability to control the raging beast inside every vamp Fortitude: ability to withstand sunlight for long amounts of time as well as superior toughness
i saw NONE! of these in underworld, now that i think of it -1000000000/10
