Adobe Premiere 6.5 clippings/video selection/log file?

Is there a way to quickly find a text version of what videos/timings of the video you have put into your AMV in Premiere 6.5?? I just want to keep track of what clips I have used without going through it one by one

The only feature remotely close to that is Project|Remove Unused Clips. That just removes the clips that aren't in use tho. There isn't a stastics function in Premiere tho.

You could make a backup copy of the project file, or if uRl33t you could just pull the info out of there too – its just text after all.
