FLCL - The Manga.

Anybody read it? I just bought both books for Christmas, and was still semi-confused until my third time through it.

I still enjoyed it.

Did anybody get what was going on faster than me?

I've only read through both books once. The style of the artwork was somewhat of a turnoff, but I put up with it for the sake of seeing how the story went.

Maybe I'd get it more if I read through them again. As it was, I didn't like the manga nearly as much as I liked the animé.

I had a number of complaints... like, what the hell is up with throwing Amarao and Kitsurubami into a background or two, yet not making any attempt to actually give them any kind of part in the story?

On the other hand, I thought it was pretty cool how they showed us a little more of what happens to Naota in Canti, and what happened to Ninamori and her robot.

Well i havent read it but i've flipped through some of the pages of the manga ... as with Scintilla, i would have to agree that the art work was a bit of a turn off ... i still want to read it thoug but im still working on the AMG manga and its great, i recommend everyone who like the series and movie to read it ... it gets more into depth and has a longer story line ... its great ...

the manga was kewl, but extremely confusing... not to mention the anime was waaaay better

WOW ... u the first person i have heard that ever said that the anime series was better than the mangas ... i guess there are mangas out there that suck and the anime series is better but i havent seen o read any yet ...
