mixing audio

Post by bum » Thu Dec 18, 2003 7:22 pm

im planing a music video that im doing for a school english project. what i want to do is have one main song that plays as a background (with varying volume throught the amv) and pits and pieces from other songs playing over it throught the amv. but i want the background and the forground to be noticable at all times, so one never drowns out the other. im using vegas 4 and ive got nero wave editor (which i would rather not use, id rather just keep it all in vegas) . please and thanx in advance :D

Couldn't you look in the Vegas manual for "Volume", I am sure it's quite simple... A matter of adjusting some keyframes... It's very simple to do in Premiere. But yah know, I thouht I saw you talking about Vegas smacking Premiere around like a two-bit hoe.

Read your manual...
