virtualdubavs didn't give me an error when i put it into a file so i guess it is in the donald graft version of mpeg3dec. So i would use blindPP() on an avis ource to do some cleaning?

In theory.... but also in theory I cant see it working all that well.

It might be part of a different dll now but I honestly dont know as I've never had much call for it.

Actually mine just consists of 4 lines each.

1) Mjpeg Source Line
2 and 3) Uninterlace
4) FPS

I thought it worked nicely even though i got a couple skinny black bars. Im not to good with all the AVS filters and such but that got me through enough to make the mjpeg files and end up with what i think of as very nice quality footage.

Video below is what i used it on (Self plug when you can! :P)

If you wanted to edit a .vob directly but wanted to get rid of black bars aswell could you just add in a filter in that script to get rid of black bars on the .vob footage. :? . There i said it :P .
