Oh, BTW... before you slam me, I know not to make a profit from AMV's.
Oh, Anyone know why the forums are locked? Why didthey do what they did?
As someone who can only make lame AMVs...

I would't worry too much..CaTaClYsM wrote:I put that thing at the end on more for the Euphoria fanboys that may or may not be planning my demise as we speak.
I haven't even seen Euphoria yet.. too lazy to get it.
anyway, back on topic..
Chocobuddha, stuff them.
I have about 10 videos I have released. but on my computer I have a few that will never see the light of day, because they sucked so badly.
these days, I just release it if I like it. you will always get people who don't like your videos. but you will also have people who like them.
might not be the peole you want.. but thats the way it goes...

I make vids for myself and to give myself something to do. If someone else likes them, cool. I don't really rate any of them being excellent or "sucking"; I like it and that's good enough for me. But for the ones I have gotten out, people have liked them.
But I'll admit it does feel good when someone contacts me for more. I also notice the mistakes I make and try to limit them, but I'm not stressing myself over a hobby. I'm not getting paid and stressing doesn't make it enjoyable anymore.

that happen to me once, I didn't save it and I lost the last 1/3 of the vid, I was soooo pissed. Never completely got it back and it wasn't as good as I would have liked it.Smokin' Joe wrote:I have the problem of having a part of a vid look great and then my editor crashes and I can never get it exactly the way it was before.

I live by this Motto: Save well, save OFTEN.
You have no idea how useful it is even outside of the video editing environment.
