yes i tried some of that stuff too (im not a pro but i do some decent stuff!)
most of the maps i work on are from midtown madnes 2 and i do skins for gta 3 sometimes as well !

oh, if you're working on a movie and you looking for a song for it , is it by the rules to get one of the songs from that movie only having the full version of it and the artist is aknowledged at the credits as his own title then would the theme count as a normal song if the lyrics were not connected with the movie and you could get it elsewhere?

On artistic issues like that one: there are no rules. The only "rules" you have to pay attention to are the forum and hosting rules, and even those only apply as far as your use of this Web site; they aren't limits on what you can actually do off by yourself on your own little computer.

If the music that fits your video happens to be from the same movie that you're drawing footage from, go ahead and use it.

yeah and on more question ( its probably not but anyway!) if i made a movie on windows movie maker 2 and the smoothness in someplaces was a bit crap ,only twice its happend for like a second or 2 ,but it still annoys me. can i transfer it on to a different music /video maker software to make it flow more?

No, because no other program reads Windows Movie Maker project files. What you can do is redo the whole thing in a different program.... like I'm being forced to do in Premiere Pro, since it won't read my Premiere 5.1 project files, and my copy of Premiere 5.1 won't open them correctly anymore...
