hi...
I'm making a new anime music video with adobe priemere
I have put the song the video chapters .. I wanted to add effects but after i add the effects it doesn't appear in the monitor when I want to watch that effect I added ... the video appear with no effect in it ...

do u know what to do??

Hold down the alt key when scrubbing the timeline, or render the segment, and effects should appear.
