Good, Relatively NEW videos you have watched, NOT made...

Ok this is really simple. As many of you well know there are many new videos that come out each day.

In this thread, post a new video (10 or so days young to the org) with the creator's name that you have seen and would give probally 4 to 5 stars to. Be sure to post a link to the video's profile page.

Here is an example:

Because my rating system is based mainly on personal reviewability I am stuck somewhere between a 3 and a 4 at the moment on this one. It is decent...
