It's about time! If they can reward some fatass scam artist (Michael Moore) with an Oscar for pushing an anti-gun agenda by altering the truth with film editting and his "showmanship", they sure as hell can put something decent in the Academy Awards to make up for all that French chick-flick crap.

Pokemon Heroes? If Pokemon Heroes wins an Oscar, then there is no God.
Not that I believed in him in the first place.

I loved that movie, absolutely loved it. It got quite a few good marks a Cean (Caen?) too. Then CNN showed the footage of the Columbine Kids shooting Bowling pins, and I was laughing mah butt off.Toecutter wrote:If they can reward some fatass scam artist (Michael Moore) with an Oscar for pushing an anti-gun agenda by altering the truth

I disagree. Toecutter nailed it. It's already been proven that Michael Moore planned/faked some of the scenes and did a lot of fairly unethical things to push his agenda. I don't get why everyone kisses his ass so much. He does a lot of things that hurt and could potentially kill people.DJ_Izumi wrote:I loved that movie, absolutely loved it. As for this thread, I hope Millenium Actress wins. The movie is phenomenal and the soundtrack the best thing since Yoko Kanno for Bebop (IMO).
