Audio Help Please Add-on

Here is an add on question from the Audio Help Please topic. How do I Play the audio song throughout the movie then at the end play a regular clip with the sound form the clip? The Song at this point as ended.

Ok I found the Audio timeline where I mute all the clips except the one but when the clip with sound pops up I get all the clips playing at once sounding like the highest ear spliting squeal I have ever heard. What do I do?
