I can't believe I missed this at the Anime News Network.

Viz announces SaiKano anime, manga (2003-10-30 11:47:42)
Viz announced it has acquired the anime and manga rights for Saishuu Heiki Kanojo (SaiKano). The first DVD of the thirteen-episode series has been scheduled for an April 2004 release, and the first manga volume is set for June 2004.

From I heard from their forums, it's being dubbed by Ocean Group.

I've been thinking about getting this one for a while now. I sure hope that the Ocean Group does another great dub for this one.

I hope it comes out relitively soon, I have a video idea I want to use it with. hmm I might just import it if it will be too long
