adobe premiere mpeg encoder settings

ok what are some suggestions on how i can get a good mpeg quality vid without it having to be so high in MBs??

i usually leave the the encoder quality at 50 but what about the bitrate??any suggestions??

Export uncompressed and use TMPGEnc. What don't you understand?

id figure some one would say that since the quality of it doesnt even come out that great even at its highest. as for TMPG ive messed with it before i dont really like it that much. ive also used EO video which usually comes out to a good size but there is lots of pixelation then usual. ive also used Videowave 4 to convert my avis but the quality is good but it just too high in MBs. oh well i guess ill have to stick with using it.

Use TMPGEnc, it's much better than all of the others combined. Seriously.
