Hi there! First of all, welcome to the org ^_^
60MB isn't too big for a video. I've seen videos in the 70-80MB range so it's not a big deal. As for uploading, you can upload your video to this site! I suggest using WS_FTP which can be found on download.com and go to the Members Main Page and enter your new video. Once done, click Upload Video, get the info, and then plug it into the neccesary places in WS_FTP. Then find the video in the left-hand column and double click it and it'll upload! Any questions lemme know, and good luck!

Aura, I know it's probably too late now, but for future reference...
What editing software are you using?
What format is the AMV in?
Why was your audio added to the video, and not the other way around?

I had the same problem when using premiere as it turns out i never was compressing the audio i know i'm not smart but that could be the problem.Or it may be the compression method you are using maybe trying a different codec will work of course it could just be the resouloution of the video too you a file at 320x240 will be smaller than one at 640x480.one of these reasons may be it.

But if Aura wasn't using Premiere, you're post is worthless.
But, anyway, let's say s/he is.
What you want to do is export your video from Premiere as a huffyuv with the audio UNCOMPRESSED.
Then, import your huffy into VirtualDub, compress the audio(Lame MP3, 192 CBR I think is pretty reasonable) and compress your Video with the codec of your choice.
You also want to make sure you deinterlace(Video filters|add|Deinterlace|OK) in Vdub, as well, because I've learned the hard way that Premiere does a sucky job at it.
