Center the banner that is at the top of the page. Start to delete old updates, or archive them, so that the main text box doesn't get to full of text.

I like the layout, but having pages load in the main box causes popups, I think the biggest benifit to your site at this point would be getting the site hosted ad-free.

Simple, sleek, and easy to navigate. It looks good.
