That one chick from Ringu 2 might not be too bad as Rei.. with alil hair dye job. Don't remember her name, was too busy being freaked out during the Ringu marathon we had. (me + scary movies = wet bed)

too bad when you dye your hair blue it doesnt come out...blue...just like blonde --; Blonde hair in anime is YELLOW and/or gold...not blond --;; and rei's blue is like impossible to get in r/l also...just like most anime hair --;

not true. I had a friend of mine who died her hair. it was a really bright/deepish vibrant blue. i called it candy hair. I have no idea how she did it, but she did, and it looked very similar to rei's blue. I wihs i had taken some pictures of it.

That's the stupidest fucking thing I've ever heard.

You use hair bleach to make it blonde. Then you use the hair dye. If you dillute it or wash it out several times, you'll get the faded light blue. Or, hey, just get the WHITE hair color (Yes, you too can have paper-white hair like me) and throw in a little blue hair dye.
