When I did Tai Chi it was the same for me but I havent done Tai Chi in about...a year, so i dont meditate any moreMAS PRODUCTIONS wrote:I always meditate before and after I train. Since I use vast amounts of energy in my training sessions, I need to gather alot of energy before hand so that I dont kill myself in the middle of training. I usually spend about 30 minutes before starting to gather vital energy and calm myself for my techniques. After I finish training, Im usually almost out of all my energy so I meditate after words in order to gain back some energy so I can walk home. I usually use a form of tai chi in order to flow my chi during meditation. Its quite an interesting feeling, I've gotten to the point now where I can focus all of my energy to one point of my body using Tai chi. I also use this form of meditation during my sparring sessions with Master Chan, its about the only way I can keep up with his pace.
