Final Fantasy VII movie?!

All I've heard is that it's suppose to be a sequel to the game, and that it's coming out summer '04 in Japan. I haven't posted here in a while, do please don't flame me if this has been talked about. (and it's close enough to anime!)

After reading this post I did a little searching and found out that there is indeed a "sequel" movie that's being made right now. It'll come out on DVD in Japan in the summer of 2004.

Supposedly the movie takes place 2 years in the future (after the end of the game) and will feature Cloud and Sephiroth in some form or another...

you can d/l the trailer that premiered at some con or somewhere from Suprnova, it look spretty bad ass.

Does anyone else think that the facial details on the characters make it look like they are based on real actors?

it makes em look way asian, i know that....i couldnt stand the CG videos in FFX cause of that same reason. I mean, i dont have problems with asian people its just they make em look WAY overly exxagerated-ly Asian. --; Specially Rikku, and in this movie Sephiroth...course cloud looks the same but sephiroth is worse --;;

and in that last pic of Sephiroth he looks like some cracked out woman, not a scary dude --;
