I ran across this a little while ago. BTW this thread is somewhat anime related since it somewhat related to an anime (if mods think otherwise then dont hesitate to move this to off topic). Anyways I found a reverse blade sword Here

Looks pretty interesting but is damn expensive.

yeah but you can think less --; besides, its kind of hard to find anywhere in the middle of Long Beach that has classes for using swords --; Isnt it called Kendo or something...or is that just more martial arts stuff? But yeah, ive actually looked for somewehre to take classes but they are hard to find out here.

I can't believe you people say that. You're not looking hard enough!
California has the most dojos in the US!
And long beach! PSH!
That's like where all of them are located!!

And anyway, a quick rundown...
Kendo: The sport, using shinai(bamboo thingy) and armor.
Kenjutsu: The art of learning kendo, AKA Swordsmanship
Lai: Drawing and sheathing. That's it.
Laijutsu: art of learning how to.. Yeah. =\
Tameshigiri: art of cutting mats n' stuff. This is where the live blade comes in.

My class teaches all that plus grappling. Woo.
