Stupid Big Bold Text

I don't know why but recently normal webpages display huge bold text instead of the normal size. This happend on google and even my guide site. I tried going to the accesibility section thinking it was a handycap option but I couldn't fix it there. I also tried internet options but there was nothing there as well. If anyone knows how to solve this please say so, it would really help, because I don't need everything in size 25 or whatever.

if you're using IE, go to view/text size/ and make sure its on normal. if you have a scroll mouse, if you hold down ctrl and scroll the mouse up or down, it changes the text size, so you might have inadvertantly changed the text size doing this. i donno if this is what's messing up for you, but it screwed with my head before i realized what was going on.

I've come across this problem twice, it drove me fucking crazy and I formated my machine over it.
