Extract just the audio track

I have an anime episode that I really like the intro to, but can't find the correct version for the intro. I just want to know how to extract just the audio track. I'm preatty sure virutal dub can do, which for me would be prefered, but I also have primere (which I am very inexperianced with). Please help.

in the file menu there is something called "save wav"
